For those who want have an immersive farm experience, visit this goat farm located in Port Hope, a little over an hour from Toronto and half an hour from Oshawa.
Rambling the Northumberland Hills, Haute Goat is a 200 acre farm stocked with Nigerian Dwarf goats, Icelandic horses, alpacas, chickens and more! With options for picnicking or farm bought lunch and a marvellous view of frolicking goats and the nice aroma from the huge flower gardens with Northumberland hills acting as backdrop, a visit to Haute Goat is delightful trip for animal lovers.

Being at Haute Goat is not a mere self guided tour to see and touch the friendly goats present on the farm.
WHAT TO DO AT THE FARM
GOAT YOGA: Do downward dog alongside barnyard goats! The incredible experience at Haute Goat is yoga practice with the friendly goats in the designed playground where you can go by yourself or with one of the Haute Goat instructors.
WORKSHOPS: Farm life workshops are offered where a series of classes, workshops and other forms of learning opportunities shall give you a good insight into the different farm life aspects. All the workshops are headed and led by an expert specialized in the area.
FARM STAY: Make a weekend of it! Delicious Big farm breakfasts included!!!
SHOP: Any tour or adventure is usually characterized by purchases that will remind you of the trip you went! The farm is open Wednesday to Friday between 11 am and 4pm and weekends 10 am to 4 pm. for free self-guided tours.

HOW TO GET TO THE FARM, IF YOU DON’T HAVE A CAR
Take the Go Train to Oshawa and the Haute Goat Shuttle will pick you up! Minimum two people, $20 per person return. Email debbie@hautegoat.com to arrange.
