Grey Eagle Drive-In has announced the line-up for summer concerts.
Starting June 16, you will be able to enjoy live concert events with guests being allowed to sit outside of their cars.
Grey Eagle Drive-In Venue Manager, Courtney Smith said, “Starting June 16, we are presenting a unique format for our guests. Guests can take in the shows under the sun and stars in their own lawn chair beside their vehicles, but if it rains, the show goes on under our covered stage and our guests can retreat to their cars until the rain passes.”
This new setup will continue to follow COVID protocols put forward by AHS and the Tsuut’ina Nation, which means guests need to wear face masks and are not permitted to wander the site, unless using the washroom.
Once Alberta enters stage 3, the Grey Eagle Drive-In plans to host outdoor general admission-style events starting in August.
Grey Eagle Drive-In Calgary 2021 Summer Concert Series
The Grey Eagle Drive-In, located at the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino, features a 206 car capacity venue for drive-in concerts and a 1,000-person capacity for festival events and has been in operation since May 7 and will be running concerts, live events, movies, dance recitals, graduations, and private corporate events until September 7th.
