Get ready to travel to Jurassic World this spring in Mississauga as Universal Studios, together with Fever and Neon, is bringing Jurassic World: The Exhibition this spring.
The Jurassic World franchise has captured the imagination of audiences around the world, and now fans of all ages can get closer to their favorite prehistoric creatures than ever before at the immersive experience — Jurassic World: The Exhibition. This interactive experience is based on one of the biggest blockbusters in cinema history, and brings the park that was once only a promise to life.
Visitors to the exhibition will start their journey “by boarding a ferry to Isla Nublar” and walking through the massive Jurassic World gates.
From there, they will come face-to-face with a variety of dinosaurs, including a majestic Brachiosaurus and ferocious raptors. One of the highlights of the experience is a rare up-close encounter with the most vicious dinosaur of them all, the Tyrannosaurus rex.
But it’s not just the big and scary dinosaurs on display at the exhibition. Visitors can also encounter adorable baby dinos, from baby raptors to the fan-favourite tiny dinosaur from Camp Cretaceous, Bumpy.
And in the Hammond Creation Lab, guests can learn about the techniques used to extract dinosaur DNA from mosquitoes trapped in amber and witness the process of bringing these creatures back to life.
Another must-see feature of Jurassic World: The Exhibition is the Indominus Rex feeding. This highly intelligent and extremely dangerous dinosaur is a hybrid of aggressive carnivores like Carnotaurus, T. rex, and Raptors, with the genome of modern animals such as cuttlefish and tree frogs. Visitors can watch as this fearsome creature is fed and learn more about her unique characteristics.
