The pie, which initially debuted in 2021, features a filling made from Ube—a purple yam popular in Southeast Asia noted for its smooth texture and sweet taste—encased in a buttery, flaky crust.

According to Maribeth Dela Cruz of Honeybee Foods Corporation, the decision to bring back the Ube Pie caters to both longstanding fans and newcomers eager to explore its celebrated flavour profile.

This dessert option is available for a limited period across all Jollibee locations in Canada.

In addition to the Ube Pie, Jollibee has made permanent additions to its menu:

The Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwich and the Aloha Chicken Sandwich, both priced at $11.99, are now staples due to their popularity.

The Bacon and Cheese variant combines Jollibee’s crispy chicken breast fillet with bacon and melted cheese, while the Aloha version introduces a tropical twist with grilled pineapple, bacon, and a special Aloha dressing.
