More Information
On Saturday 26 August 2023 I went to
krazy binz Edmonton store for the first time.
At around 12:00 a lady working there she is the manager (looks like egyptian origin, her name is nermin according to the owner) accused me of opening a box, l told her I did not open it she said no you opened it and she started aggressively shouting at me and talking in Arabic and English go out you are dirty you are animal…ext and she took a bag I was holding aggressively from me and was shouting loud call the police take him out, she was hysterical acting like a crazy for just a box that I did not open. When I was leaving the store I asked a person working there to please review the cameras, I did not open the box and she is just lying.
This was so humiliating to me. I was so traumatized and this is the first time in my life someone asking me to leave a store. Very rude, no manners whatsoever, no respect and with the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
The owner of the shop did not help me.
