New Hop-on, Hop-off Bus Service Starting this Summer in St. John’s

Visiting St. John’s this summer? You have a whole new way to discover St. John’s if you don’t have a car! Metrobus is starting hop-on, hop-off transit route, formerly branded The Trolley Line, from June 23, 2018.

 

Metrobus, St John’s will offer a new and improved hop-on, hop-off service known as “The Link”.

The Link will operate seasonally from late June to late September with stops for The Link near Signal Hill National Historic Site, The Johnson Geo Centre, Quidi Vidi Village, The Commissariat Provincial Historic Site, Newman Wine Vaults Provincial Historic Site, The Railway Coastal Museum, and along Water Street in downtown St. John’s.

Carry exact fares to ride the link.

 

Hop-on, hop-off Day Pass: If you are visiting St. Johns buy Hop-on, hop-off Day Pass. One Day passes are good for unlimited boarding for the day specified on your ticket.
Single Fare – One Day $10.00
Single Fare – Two Day $15.00
Group Fare (maximum of five people) – One Day $25.00

Single Trip Cash Fare: Single trip cash fares are good for one boarding of The Link. Once you exit The Link, you will have to pay the single trip cash fare to board again.

Adults & Seniors $2.50

Children $2.00

Regular Metrobus fares can also be paid each time a customer boards The Link.

        You can get it on the bus — “The driver will provide you with a dated ticket once fare has been paid. Bills are accepted for payment. Please have exact fare available – Drivers do not carry change.” https://www.metrobus.com/thelink/fares.html
