Embrace the enchanting aromas of summer as the Seafoam Lavender Company & Gardens, located on Northumberland Shore, opens its lavender fields to the public.
This small, family-owned agricultural business is dedicated to producing high-quality lavender products directly from their farm.
What began with just a couple of lavender plants has flourished into a sprawling field of over 8,000 lavender plants. These plants serve as the foundation for the exquisite products available at the shop. From fragrant essential oils to culinary delights and beauty products, you’ll find an array of lavender goodies to indulge in.
During the lavender season, Seafoam Lavender Company & Gardens opens its lavender field to the public.
Visitors are welcome to stroll through the fields, immersing themselves in the beauty and fragrance of the lavender. In addition, guests can explore the butterfly and vegetable gardens, have a leisurely picnic, and browse the offerings in the on-site shop.
For an even more immersive experience, the U-Pick garden allows visitors to handpick their own lavender bouquet. Starting from July 4 (in 2025), guests can book appointments and follow the lavender U-Pick rules to make the most of their visit. Groups can make a single appointment, while individuals can book consecutive time slots. Rain or shine, the U-Pick experience will proceed, so dress accordingly and wear comfortable footwear suitable for walking on uneven ground.
Pets are not permitted in gardens, lavender fields, or farm stores.
If you plan to visit the U-Pick garden, remember to bring insect repellent spray, sunscreen, a basket for your lavender stems, and any food and water you may need. The farm provides scissors, a bouquet measuring tool, and instructions. Bouquets are priced based on their size, ranging from $6.00 for a 1″ diameter bouquet to $12.00 for a 2″ bouquet (tax included).
