Linton’s Farm Market sells a wide variety of homegrown vegetables and fruit, cheese, honey, maple syrup,

2. Willowtree Farm Market
Willowtree Farm prides itself on being a good steward of the land and producing superb produce and top-quality meat for you and your family. The farm has over 600 acres and has a butcher shop and bakery.
Join them for some fall fun at the farm during the PYO pumpkin event! Admission includes wagon rides, pumpkin games, a mini corn maze, a challenging maze, a spooky forest walk, one free pumpkin cannon shot (up to four people), and photo opportunities, with additional shots available.

3. Nature’s Bounty Farm
Soak in the beauty of your surroundings on a self-guided nature walk around the property and visit the sheep in the pasture. Challenge the young ones to a race through the obstacle course and navigate the corn maze.
Enjoy a picnic on the lawn and finish off with a glass of fresh cider. Or even better, trek out into the pumpkin patch and pick your perfect pumpkin. The farm is also home to Ontario’s only Pick-Your-Own hot pepper patch, which will be open until the first hard frost.

4. Pingle’s Farm Market
Fall at the farm is here, featuring the Pumpkin Patch, Corn maze and more farm fun. The Harvest Festival offers pick-your-own options, a Corn Maze, a mini maze for kids, and more farm fun for all ages.

The Harvest Market offers beautiful porch packages and mums available daily while supplies last. Various types of pumpkins, including funky, Halloween, pale, and pie pumpkins, are also available.

II. Pumpkin Patches in York Region
1. Robintide Farms
Robintide Farms is a family farm business in Vaughan that has provided the GTA with fantastic farm-fresh food, agricultural products and various horse-related services since 1967! The farm allows you to pick fresh beans, peas, potatoes, pumpkins, raspberries, and strawberries and offers a maze.
Hours:
Thursday to Sunday and Thanksgiving Monday, Late September to the end of October for pumpkin picking.
Cost: $6.00+HST per person and $5.50+HST per person for groups of four or more. Free for those under 3 years old.

2. Forsythe Family Farms
It’s finally that time of year at the Forsythe Family Farms! You can finally pick squash and pumpkins in the pick your own fields. The farms are offering a first come, first serve policy for Pick your Own and they have fresh picked strawberries in their market.

3. Applewood Farm and Winery
Applewood Farm is a family-owned business that allows you to pick your own apples, pumpkins, strawberries and drink from their amazing winery in Stouffville. The admission includes one free pick your own pumpkin or squash per paid entry. Full use of farm play yard, wagon ride, a visit with our farm animals, corn maze and straw mountain.

4. Brooks Farms
Brooks Farms offers PYO apples, squash and pumpkins coupled with an amazing farmer’s market, bakery and a 10-acre farm your you and your kids to play in. The farm also hosts a fall festival.

5. Rose Family Farm
Rose Family Farm is truly a place for family fun! The farm offers an incredible Play Barn, fresh strawberry and pumpkin picking as well as fresh fries and food from the Chip Truck and Farm Store, respectively.

1. Albion Orchards
The bright orange pumpkins at Albion Orchards signify autumn and each is an exclamation point in the parade of fall colours in Caledon! Deemed as one of the top four apple orchards in Canada by both Chatelaine Magazine and the Food Network, picking produce at Albion Orchard is an amazing way for families to spend time together and get some of the freshest and tastiest produce in Ontario.

2. Dixie Orchards
The Dixie Orchards farm offers a variety of fruit and activities for the whole family. The farm offers PYO apples, hazelnuts and pumpkins. As well as offering a corn maze, wagon rides, a marketplace and a sunflower field. There’s a variety of activities to keep everyone in the family entertained!

3. Downey’s Farm Market
Downey’s Farm Market is a 215-acre farm that has been owned and operated by the Downey family since 1920. The farm is located on Heart Lake Road, where it provides the freshest strawberries, raspberries, sweet corn, squash and pumpkins for you to pick directly from its fields. In addition to PYO pumpkins, Downey’s Farm Market offers some pre-picked pumpkins, usually medium-sized and at the same price. The Farm Market also offers a Fry Truck, Play Area, a Pirate Ship, the Goat Mountain Slide and many more.

1. Puddicombe Farms
Puddicombe Estate Farms, Winery and Cider is a family-owned farm where you can enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful scenery of the countryside. Some of the PYO experiences that the farm is currently offering this season include Pears, Apples, Grapes and of course, Pumpkins.
The venue also offers a wide range of activities centred around their farm, estate and winery including tasting tours and train rides.
