Red Lobster has announced the return of its seasonal Crabfest, introducing a range of new menu items available for a limited time this summer.
Sailor’s Boil
The 2025 event features seafood boils, new crab-based dishes, and themed beverages.
This year’s menu includes customizable seafood boils available in two varieties. The Mariner’s Boil includes a lobster tail, shrimp, snow crab legs, corn, and red potatoes. The Sailor’s Boil consists of shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, and red potatoes. Both options can be seasoned with one of three flavour choices: Roasted Garlic & Herb, Cajun Style, or OLD BAY®.
Returning to the menu is the “Crab Your Way” option, which offers diners a pound of either Snow Crab or Bairdi Crab, served over crispy potatoes. Customers can select from multiple seasoning styles, including a newly introduced OLD BAY & Parmesan blend.
New Crabfest Dishes
In addition to the main dishes, several crab-inspired items are being introduced. These include Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms, a side dish featuring crab-stuffed mushrooms; Crab-Topped Potato, a variation on a baked potato; and two “Oscar” entrees—Steak Oscar and Salmon Oscar—both topped with lump crab meat and a creamy sauce.

- Steak Oscar – Sirloin or NY Strip topped with lump meat in a creamy, decadent sauce

“Festival Summer of Sips” Lineup
Red Lobster is also adding three specialty cocktails to its drink menu under the “Festival of Summer Sips” banner. The drinks include the Passion Star Spritz with vodka and passion fruit; Starry Eyed Surprise, made with tequila and guava; and Under The Purple Sea, a vodka-based drink that changes color with the addition of a butterfly pea tea sidecar.
- Headliner: NEW Passion Star Spritz, featuring Smirnoff Vodka and passion fruit, topped with [YELLOW TAIL]® Bubbles and garnished with a gold-dusted dried starfruit.
- Opening Act: NEW Starry Eyed Surprise, featuring Patrón Silver Tequila, guava and blue curacao, topped with Sprite® and garnished with sugar sprinkles rimmer.
- Encore: Under The Purple Sea, featuring Smirnoff Vodka, watermelon, fresh lime, and a Butterfly Tea sidecar that magically transforms your drink.
The Crabfest offerings are available for a limited time at participating Red Lobster locations.
