The company has named CCS its official national charity partner and plans to host a year-long series of events across its centres to help raise $25,000. These activities will roll out at all 15 Splitsville locations, which include sites in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and a recently added centre in Saskatoon.

Andy Johnson, Splitsville’s Director of Operations, said the collaboration grows naturally from the atmosphere the venues already foster. He pointed to the sense of connection that comes from spending time together on the lanes, adding that the same energy can be channelled toward supporting people affected by cancer. Johnson emphasized that each game and each contribution brings the company closer to its fundraising goal.

CCS welcomed the partnership as well. Kate Porter, Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships, noted that Splitsville’s community-oriented approach aligns closely with the organization’s commitment to supporting individuals living with cancer and their families. She said the joint effort has the potential to create moments of joy while also backing critical research and support programs.

You can participate in in-centre events, donation drives and online contributions through splitsvillebowl.ca/charity. All funds raised will go directly to the Canadian Cancer Society to support research, advocacy and services for those navigating cancer.
