St. Jacob’s Market to Reopen From June 4

Canada’s largest year-round Farmer’s market, St. Jacob’s Market is reopening tomorrow!

The market organisers announced today that outdoor market area will reopen on June 4th and the lower level of the Market Building will reopen on June 6th.

As per the news release only food and produce items will be available immediately with fast food and retail items to be phased in throughout the coming weeks.

 

The organisers are requesting those who are feeling unwell, experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have been in close contact with anyone who has is sick, being tested, or has been diagnosed with COVID 19 not to visit the market.

Reusable bags and containers are also not permitted at this time.

They have also published an indoor and outdoor market layout plans so that shoppers can plan their shopping in an effective manner keeping in mind all COVID-19 physical distancing measures.

Access to The Market will be through one central entrance located just off of the King St. parking lot.
