The Blackshale bridge crosses a deep and forested valley created by the Blackshale Creek, and you can find it via a 1km loop, or a 7km out-and-back trail which starts at the north side of Lower Kananaskis Lake.

Mount Norquay Via Ferrata
For this Banff suspension bridge, the views do not come at the end; your best vantage points will be from the bridge, as well as the climb to it. The experience involves you being harnessed to a steel cable (helmets includes) while a guide takes you up Mt. Norquay. There are a few ladders installed along your way, you are always safely strapped in, and you will use their incredibly high suspension bridge (simply a plank and steel cables) to cross the valleys below. They have five packages/tours from which to choose. The minimum age is 12 years old.
Where: 2 Mt Norquay Road, Banff (Directions)
How much: $194.25 per person & up
Rosedale Suspension Bridge
