Ontario has started reporting the vaccination status of those with COVID-19.
Ontario says the cases by vaccination status may not match the daily COVID-19 case count because records with a missing or invalid health card number cannot be linked.

The province on the website states “In order to understand the vaccination status of patients currently hospitalized, a new data collection process was developed and this may cause discrepancies between other hospitalization numbers being collected using a different data collection process.”
Ontario reported a total of 526 new COVID-19 cases on August 16th. Of those, 143 are in hospitals.
73.50% of all eligible Ontarians are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
