As the Toronto Maple Leafs head into the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs against the Florida Panthers, Maple Leafs Tailgates presented by Scotiabank will be expanding to include an additional viewing zone, so even more fans can safely rally together in support of their favourite team.
The extension will run along Bremner Boulevard from York Street to Lower Simcoe Street, with existing food and beverage retailers operating in the zone, including limited alcohol service from licensed retailers. Fans will also be treated to two additional big screens for all the on-stage programming and game action.
To attend the Tailgate, fans will need to register for a free mobile pass via the Toronto Maple Leafs App, with Ontario residents having the opportunity to register for early access to a select quantity of passes by signing up to be a Maple Leafs Insider.
Passes will become available at 1 p.m. ET the day before each game, with each fan able to register for up to four passes per game.
Zones will be designated on each mobile pass and distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis, with zones closest to Scotiabank Arena filling up first.
Fans with a Zone 1 pass will enter at York St. and Bremner Blvd., while those with the new Zone 2 pass will enter through Lower Simcoe St. and Bremner Blvd.
So, mark your calendars for May 2 and May 4, and get ready to cheer on the Toronto Maple Leafs with even more fans than ever before!
