Celebrating its eighteenth year, this event has become a cherished tradition in Uxbridge, showcasing over 100 stunning light displays from various community groups, businesses, schools, churches, and families in the area.
This spectacular exhibition, recognized as one of Canada’s largest Christmas light displays, is a testament to Uxbridge’s community spirit and festive cheer.
The Fantasy of Lights offers a delightful experience for visitors, allowing them to drive through an array of dazzling lights. The much-loved Fantasy Trail footpath will return this year, allowing visitors to stroll amidst the twinkling lights and enhance the magical atmosphere.
The event is scheduled to run nightly from December 6 to January 3, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., welcoming guests, including on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The organizers take pride in offering this experience without any entrance fee or ticket requirement. While visitors are encouraged to enjoy the displays free of charge, voluntary donations are accepted at the exit. These contributions are directed towards supporting local youth initiatives by the Optimist Club.
The Horse Drawn Carriage Ride, a previous highlight, will not be available this year.
The Optimist Club of Uxbridge, established in January 1969, embodies this spirit, continually striving to create a better world for the young and vulnerable through events like the Fantasy of Lights.
