Edmonton International Street Performers Festival

Now in its 29th year, it is known worldwide for its amazing artists and generous audiences. Since 1984, almost four million people have played in the streets and shared a laugh with us at StreetFest. That’s a lot of smiles and chuckles.

Sand on Whyte
Sand Carving is a world-wide performance art phenomenon, much like ice carving, and it’s coming to Old Strathcona.
Three award-winning sand-carving artists:

3rd Annual Takin’ It To The Streets
Once again, Whyte Avenue will be hoping with this family friendly and blues inspired music festival.
The party is on the street as Whyte Avenue is shut down from 103-104 Street to make room for:- free family pancake breakfast in the morning- two outdoor and one indoor stage featuring 10 of the hottest blues artists- food trucks, vendors- outdoor beer garden.

The Brick Invitational Hocket Tournament
Hockey teams from across Canada and the United States will compete in The Brick’s 25th Annual Invitational Super Novice Hockey Tournament. Fourteen teams will play a total of 42 games, before playoffs begin on July 5.
