The Western Fair will return to the Western Fair District, running from September 5 to 14, 2025.
Western FairThe annual event combines agricultural traditions with modern entertainment, offering midway rides, food vendors, competitions, concerts, and motorsport shows.
Entertainment and Shows
The Grandstand program includes the return of Monster Madness, featuring monster truck competitions with freestyle events, racing, and wheelie contests. Shows are scheduled for Friday, September 5, and Wednesday, September 10 at 7 p.m.

The FMX World Tour will bring stunt riders performing flips and aerial tricks. Performances run Monday through Friday at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Saturdays at 2:30, 6:30, and 8:00 p.m., and Sundays at 2:00 and 8:00 p.m.
The Demolition Derby will take place on both Sundays, September 7 and 14, starting at 6:00 p.m., with small, medium, and full-size vehicles competing until only one car remains operational.
Sports fans will also find something to cheer about on Saturday, September 6, when the London Knights play the Erie Otters at 4 p.m. inside the Sports Centre. Game tickets include admission to the fairgrounds that day.
Other attractions include Circus Surreal, the STIHL Timbersports Canadian Championship, SuperDogs’ Wild Wild Woof, Doo Doo the Clown, pig races, and family shows such as Aaron Matthews: The Ultimate Showman and Bandaloni One-Man Band.

Music Lineup
The Bud Light Music Garden will present ten days of free concerts. Regional acts and tribute bands will share the stage with Canadian headliners. Notable performances include:
- Gowan (September 5, 9:30 p.m.)
- The Mahones (September 6, 9:00 p.m.)
- Cam Galloway (September 7, 9:00 p.m.)
- Alan Frew’s 80/90 Rewind (September 11, 8:30 p.m.)
- Lemon Bucket Orkestra (September 12, 9:00 p.m.)
Other scheduled performers include Thunder Queens, Carson Janik, Copper Sky, Bella Rosa, Farewell Stanleys, Brothers Wilde, Joel Dupuis Band, Errol Blackwood, and many more.
Midway and Exhibits
The midway will feature over 75 rides and games. Attractions range from thrill rides such as the Mega Drop, Mach 3, and Polar Express to family favourites including the Giant Wheel and Haunted Mansion. For younger visitors, Kiddyland, sponsored by Kiwanis London, will provide carnival rides such as Flying Elephants, Tea Cups, the Dragon Coaster, and a Merry-Go-Round designed especially for children.

Exhibits inside the fairgrounds will showcase agriculture, horticulture, crafts, photography, baking, fibre arts, and quilts. The Animal Barn and a corn maze will also be open to visitors.
Food and Vendors
Food options will include traditional fair snacks and a variety of international dishes. Vendors range from Haven’s Creamery ice cream and Bubba’s Butterfly Chips to Bombay Social Club’s Indian street food, Val’s BBQ, Born2Eat, and Ye Olde Fudge Pot.
Admission and Hours
Opening day offers a special promotion: free admission on Friday, September 5, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors can also save by purchasing advance tickets and midway passes online before September 5, with discounts available until Thursday, September 4, at 11:55 p.m.

General admission for ages 11–64 is $15 in advance or $20 at the gate. Children aged 10 and under are free. A Super Pass, which includes admission and unlimited rides for one day, costs $42 in advance. Ride-all-day wristbands are $50 at the gate.

Front of the Line passes are $20 in advance and $25 at the gate.
The fair operates 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekends. Midway rides may run past closing time. On Sunday, September 14, all buildings close at 9 p.m.
Parking is free, with accessible spaces available near the Sports Centre and across the street. Fairgoers can also skip the parking search by riding London Transit for free; simply show a 2025 fair ticket, either printed or on a phone, when boarding. The offer is valid every day of the fair, starting two hours before gates open. Re-entry is permitted with a hand stamp.
