The focus at Confetti Sweets is normally on cookies. However, this Thanksgiving they turn their baking efforts to pies! You can pick up the holiday collection of pumpkin and pecan for your Thanksgiving dessert or add on a number of other cookie flavours if you have several mouths to feed.

Dine Chartier
This isn’t your plain old traditional pumpkin pie! Dine Chartier’s Spiced Molasses Pumpkin Pie takes the dessert to another level with the spice, of course, as well as some extra goodies. This incredible pie also comes topped with spiced molasses whipped cream, and maple cookies. Chartier offers a number of other fresh baked goods, too, like breads, rolls, and tarts.

Vi’s for Pies

You can get a classic yet deliciously filling pumpkin pie from Bon Ton Bakery as of October 5th. Bon Ton also have a Saskatoon pie on special for the month of October, which will pair perfectly with your slice of pumpkin and a side of whipped cream! If you do have a large order to fill, the bakery also carries a number of other sweets like more fruit pies, flan, strudel, or meringue.

You’re safe in ordering any pie flavour from Edmonton’s Fifendekel to get a delicious dessert for Thanksgiving, including pumpkin. Duchess is offering a little twist on pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving this year: a graham cracker crust pie with spiced pumpkin filling and whipped cream topping. This large dessert can feed up to eight people. If you do need more, Duchess did create a second holiday weekend special with their coconut cream pie.

The pumpkin biscoff pie is baked with a caramel cinnamon crust and topped with cookie crumble.

The gorgeous tarte a la citrouille from Eleanor & Laurent’s seasonal menu is a chocolatey take on a Thanksgiving tradition.
