If you have yet to make plans, head to Markham Fairgrounds for Winter Carnival.
This family celebration promises to bring numerous exciting indoor and outdoor activities in which everyone can participate.
As per the organizers, there will be live shows every day, beautiful ice sculptures, magic shows, DJs, delicious food, shopping and tons of holiday cheer.
You can also watch some of the most talented ice sculptors in Ontario creating glistening masterpieces as they will compete for a cash prize.
There will be thrilling carnival rides suited for kids at the Winter Carnival such as the sizzler and berry go-round, and among other fun rides. They also have bouncy castles, including slides, obstacle courses and jousts.
In addition, you can meet life-size animatronic dinosaurs that move and roar too.
For even more entertainment, you can join for Magen Boys Dance Party, a Bella magic show that will captivate you with holiday-themed magic, crystal ball magic, comedy, dancing, and juggling.

No carnival is complete without food, and you can buy carnival staples such as burgers, hot dogs, fries, poutine, desserts, candy floss, and so much more.

Tickets are available for purchase online and at the door and include unlimited rides. Tickets for adults cost $15, and for kids cost $25
