The limestone quarry in Wellington County is ideal for a summer splash. But if you are planning an impromptu trip to enjoy tubing or swimming at Elora Conservation Areas, you will be disappointed when you reach your destination.

Grand River Parks has announced that advanced reservations are required for all visitors to Elora Quarry. Tubing at Elora Gorge Conservation Area will also be available only via advanced reservations.
For swimming at Elora Quarry, two 4-hour sessions will be offered each day from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. All tickets must be purchased in advance and will be available up to one week in advance. Tickets are released on Friday afternoons for the following week (for the following Monday through Sunday).
For river tubing in the Elora Conservation area, no walk-up sales of tubing tickets or equipment rentals will be available. Tickets for tubing and equipment rentals must be purchased online and in advance. Tickets can be purchased up to 3 days in advance and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the online order transaction is completed. Vehicle permits are available at the gate.

Elora Quarry Swimming
What: Take in the cliffs that encircle the area as you listen to the sound of water in the woods and lounge in the sun and enjoy a dip in the cool waters of the quarry.
