The 12th edition of the Lavazza IncluCity Festival, spearheaded by ICFF, is set to enchant Toronto’s Distillery Historic District.

An international cinematic feast awaits with 50 diverse feature films from June 27 to July 21, 2023.
The festival will commence with a Special Screening of Gabriele Mainetti’s “Freaks Out,” coupled with a stunning Royal Canadian International Circus performance. An enticing blend of music shows, dance performances, masterclasses, panel discussions, and cocktail tastings will further enrich the festival experience. The renowned 6ixArtOutdoors art exhibit will feature 20 multicultural sculptures, showcasing international artistic expressions.
Key screenings include the North American Premieres of “Bank of Dave” by Chris Foggin and “Eye for an Eye” by Bingjia Yang, the Canadian Theatrical Premiere of “Sweetwater” by Martin Guigui, and special festival screenings of Canadian films “BlackBerry” and “Infinity Pool.” Additionally, audiences can enjoy “The Last Queen”, an enchanting display of Algerian cinema, and films like “Hotel Labamba” and “The Year of the Tiger”, hailing from Nollywood, the Dominican Republic, and Peru. Ukrainian cinema also shines with a Special Screening of “Persian Lessons”.
For the first time, ICFF introduces “The Dark Side of Lavazza IncluCity Festival,” a horror-themed section sure to thrill festival-goers. In collaboration with the Italian Government, the festival will spotlight Italian cinema, beginning with an appearance by award-winning actor-director Michele Placido. Concluding the festival will be the North American Premiere of “Diabolik: Ginko Attacks,” with Hollywood star Giacomo Gianniotti and Italy’s renowned actress Miriam Leone attending.
Global fashion luminary, Anna Fendi, will be honoured with the ICFF Lifetime Achievement Award for her significant contributions to Fendi and international cinema.
