2026 Edmonton Folk Music Festival Reveals Lineup; Tickets on Sale June 6

The iconic Edmonton music festival has announced performers for its 2026 edition.

Set in the lush river valley with the Edmonton skyline as its backdrop, the festival is an annual gathering that has come to epitomize Edmonton as a “festival city.”

The 46th Edmonton Folk Music Festival will run August 6 to 9, 2026, at Gallagher Park, bringing four days of music to the hill. The festival showcases an eclectic mix of folk, roots, and world music from more than 60 artists.

The lineup includes Of Monsters and Men, Nathaniel Rateliff, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Thee Sacred Souls, Cat Power, Corb Lund, Leif Vollebekk, Arrested Development, Bombino, Ocie Elliott, Amble, Buffalo Traffic Jam, Dailey & Vincent, Annie & The Caldwells, The Womack Sisters, Kate Rusby, Joel Plaskett, SYML, The Milk Carton Kids, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Julian Taylor, Tia Wood and many more.

The Womack Sisters, Corb Lund and Thee Sacred Souls open the festival on Thursday.

Friday features Session Stages from 5:45 to 8:00 p.m., then the main evening lineup at 8:00 p.m. with Amble, Buffalo Traffic Jam and Of Monsters and Men.

Saturday begins with Dailey & Vincent, followed by Annie & The Caldwells, Leif Vollebekk, Cat Power and Arrested Development.

Sunday features Bombino, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Ocie Elliott, and Nathaniel Rateliff.

The tickets are on sale Saturday, June 6.

Four-day passes are $244 for adults, $189 for U-25 and seniors, and $117 for youth. S

Single-day adult tickets range from $109 on Thursday and Friday to $115 on Saturday and Sunday. Youth day tickets are $42. Children 11 and under and adults 80 and over get in free. GST and fees are extra.
