Buckle up for a weekend of exhilarating aerial stunts as the Alberta International Airshow returns this weekend.

Formerly known as the Edmonton Airshow, this event promises an entertainment spectacle that celebrates the rich history and modern evolution of aviation, right in the heart of Edmonton.
The Royal Canadian Air Force Snowbirds, CF-18 Demo team, USAF A-10 Demo team, and Canadian Forces Skyhawks Parachute Team are just some of the awe-inspiring performers that will leave you in utter amazement.
On the ground, you’ll find captivating static aircraft displays, allowing you to get up close and personal with impressive aircraft while learning about their fascinating histories. Meanwhile, the action-packed kids’ zone will keep the little ones entertained with interactive exhibits, games, and entertainment designed just for them.

In addition to the sky-high performances, the airshow will also feature captivating ground-based attractions. Watch Keith Sayers, a Motocross and FMX expert, soar through the air on his motorcycle, or hop on Jurassic Attack, a genuine monster truck that will provide thrills for guests of all ages. Precision Exotics will showcase high-speed car vs. car and car vs. plane races, adding an exciting twist to the airshow.
For those interested in aviation-related careers, the Aerospace & STEAM Career Expo will offer insights into opportunities in aviation, engineering, drone, and maintenance professions.
You can bring your own picnic to enjoy amidst the action, or sample the diverse flavours offered by fantastic food trucks.
The Alberta International Airshow will take place at Villeneuve Airport, just outside Edmonton. While the parking lot might be a farmer’s field with uneven terrain, don’t let that deter you. Shuttles will be available to assist fans from the parking lot to the front entrance, with priority given to those with reduced mobility.

Plus Adult Admission: $95.00 + fees
General Adult Admission – Ages 18+: $28.85 + fees
General Youth Admission – Ages 7-17: $20.61 + fees
The 2019 Airshow tickets are currently affected by ongoing litigation with the cancellation insurance company. The process is taking longer due to COVID delays, and it may still take up to 3 years. Ticket holders are informed that their tickets, along with all costs, are tied to this litigation, and no payouts can be made until the process is complete. Those interested can exchange their tickets for the 2023 Airshow by emailing 2019@abairshow.com.
