A glowing Halloween tradition is set to make its return to Milton later this month. Beginning September 27, Country Heritage Park will once again transform into a glowing outdoor gallery with more than 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins lighting the way.
The 1-kilometre walk-through event is back for its fifth year, featuring illuminated sculptures that range from classic Halloween figures to mythical creatures like dragons, alongside nods to movies and pop culture.
This year’s edition brings a few fresh features. Visitors looking for a little extra thrill can test their courage in the new Dracula’s Castle maze, Pet lovers will be happy to know that Wednesday evenings are now dedicated “pet nights,” making it easier to include four-legged friends in the fun.
Along the path, guests can watch live pumpkin carving, meet costumed actors, and grab seasonal snacks while snapping photos at dedicated spots.
Pumpkins After Dark runs through the fall season at Country Heritage Park, offering families and Halloween fans a chance to experience the artistry of thousands of glowing jack-o’-lanterns under the night sky.
