Lilly Singh brings an intergenerational trivia battle to CTV Network with the launch of Battle of the Generations. This game show features participants from Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers, who will vie for a grand prize of $25,000 by answering pop culture trivia questions spanning several decades.

The show invites fans to experience the competition live from the Canadian Broadcasting Centre, located at 250 Front Street West in Toronto. Interested individuals can attend free of charge, with tapings scheduled for two sessions daily from November 18-29, 2024. The morning session requires audience members to be present from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., while the afternoon session runs from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Attendees are expected to stay for the entire duration of the taping.
Audience Guidelines and Requirements
- Age Restrictions: Audience members must be at least 14 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dress Code: Attendees are encouraged to dress smartly without visible logos or intricate patterns to maintain visual consistency on camera.
- Arrival Time: Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled taping time.
- Food and Beverages: While water and light snacks are permitted, consumption during filming is not allowed.
- Electronic Devices: Phones and cameras are prohibited during taping to preserve the integrity of the show’s content.
- Health and Safety: The production may include intense audiovisual effects such as strobe lights and loud sounds. Attendees are responsible for their own well-being in this regard.
- Group Bookings and Accessibility: Groups are welcome and should provide details about all members during the application process. The venue is equipped to accommodate accessibility needs, and attendees are encouraged to mention any requirements in their application.
CTV says submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Selected individuals will receive an official confirmation email from the audience coordinator. If plans change, guests are asked to notify the coordinator promptly to allow others the chance to attend.
