The returning option features beef smoked for hours over mesquite wood, giving it a distinct smoky flavour.

Per the news release, Chipotle uses its Responsibly Raised beef, seasoned with spices including smoked serrano and chipotle chili peppers. The preparation continues at individual restaurants, where employees sear the brisket on a hot plancha, add more seasoning, coat it in a savoury chili pepper sauce and chop it by hand in small batches throughout the day.

Customers can add Smoked Brisket to their preferred Chipotle entrée. For those looking for a combination to try, Nevielle Panthaky, Chipotle’s Senior Vice President of Culinary, recommends a burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, brisket, fresh tomato salsa, light tomatillo-red chili salsa, cheese and Queso Blanco.

According to Chipotle, this combination contains 45 grams of protein and 11 grams of fibre.

Free Delivery Offer in November

To mark the return, Chipotle is waiving delivery fees on qualifying Smoked Brisket orders placed through its app or Chipotle.ca from November 5 to 18, 2026.

There is a catch as orders must total at least $12 CAD before taxes and fees, and customers must purchase a Smoked Brisket entrée.

Delivery menu prices are higher, and service and other checkout fees still apply. The offer is available through participating restaurants during regular operating hours and does not apply to third-party delivery platforms or catering orders.
