Get ready to welcome Christmas and the holiday season at Pingle’s Farm as the farm is kicking off the ‘Ho-Ho-Holidays’ season with a fun-filled festival.

Pingle’s Farm
This year, the Durham region farm has planned exciting Christmassy activities for the whole family.
These include:
- Take a ride on the Polar Express Wagon and hear a magical Christmas story on this story tractor. They also have a Christmas mystery for you to solve.
- Meet Santa Claus, who is waiting for you in his tent. You can take pictures with him and tell him what you want for Christmas.
- Decorate cookies with Mrs. Claus, who made delicious cookies for you to eat. Warm up these tasty treats and then decorate them.
- You can make your own sparkling Christmas ornaments for your tree. This activity is for children (2-10 years), but anyone can participate.
- Sit around the crackling bonfire with your loved ones, sing carols and make new holiday memories.
- You can get delicious hot chocolate at the DIY hot chocolate bar. Make your own cup of tasty hot chocolate. Eat delicious pancakes at the Pancakes & Pajamas holiday party in the mistletoe indoor seating area. You can also taste other delicious treat at the Fest including Christmas cookies and gingerbread latte.
- Sing along to classic holiday tunes with jolly carolers. There is an entertainment area where there will be live performances.
- Children can meet animals, such as donkeys, llamas and goats.
The farm has converted the greenhouse into a winter wonderland Mistletoe market. . You will find locally sourced artisanal gifts, treat and decor at the market. The market will open starting November 21st.
You can also pick your own Christmas tree from their tree lot. They have a fine collection of Balsam and Fraser Firs. You can make a deposit beforehand and then pick your tree when you arrive.
Pingle’s Christmas Fest
When: November 26th and 27th, December on the 3rd, 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th. | 9:30am to 6pm
How much: General tickets cost $22. Weekend VIP tickets cost $28. You can bring your dog to the Christmas Fest by adding on a Santa Paws ticket that costs $10.
