Participating bars and restaurants in Banff will create a cocktail, mocktail and food pairing menu that showcases Alberta, British Columbia and the Banff and Lake Louise region while keeping in mind sustainability behind the bar. MADE WITH LOVE Cocktail menus are available only during the Festival! This year’s theme, “Changing Perspectives”, invites chefs and bartenders to reimagine flavors, challenge traditions, and showcase seasonal ingredients and local craft distilleries in new and exciting ways. Get ready to experience food and drink like never before!
