This touring exhibition will be staged in the former Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame building.
This is a journey of wonder, with guests moving at their own pace through a series of recreations inspired by the treasures of Tutankhamun’s tomb. This enthralling and educational exhibit comes to life through projection mapping, archival photography and narrated storytelling, and culminates in a cinematic centrepiece in a boat-shaped seating area.
Beyond King Tut: The Immersive Experience is presented by Annerin Productions, co-producer of Calgary’s 2021 Beyond Van Gogh run. Please note this is a media and storytelling experience that features recreations inspired by the treasures of Tutankhamun’s tomb, not a loan of real Egyptian artifacts.
