Friday, October 23, Monster’s Ball | 8-11 PM

- Kick off Halloween on 17th with a free outdoor dance party where illusions, magic and the unexpected take over Tomkins Park.
- B!G ART and Le Cirque de la Nuit bring the strange and supernatural to life with a live DJ, roaming performers, aerialists, illusions and seriously spooky acts.
- Come dressed for the occasion and get ready to dance among the otherworldly.
Saturday, October 24, 2026
- Carnival Classics | 3-7 pm
- Step right up for an afternoon of classic carnival fun with games like Clown Toss, Smack-a-Stack and basketball, plus plenty of Halloween surprises along the way.
- Keep an eye out for TriXtan Entertainment’s wonderfully weird characters roaming the park, offering questionable advice, unexpected encounters and a little Halloween magic for everyone.
- Trick-or-treat | 3-5 PM
- Explore 17th Avenue and trick-or-treat your way through 70+ participating local businesses. Grab the kids, bring the dog and put your A+ costume game to work as you make your way along the Avenue.
- Carnival after dark | 7-11 PM
- B!G ART and Le Cirque de la Nuit return to transport Tomkins Park into another dimension of otherworldly wonder, with a live DJ, performers, aerialists, illusions and strange encounters lurking around every corner.
- Consider this your excuse for a second costume. Gather your crew, head back to the Avenue and spend Saturday night partying with the other side.
