Planted dinner series – Bow Valley Ranche

The PLANTED dinner series has teamed up with the Community Kitchen to help them raise money and spread the love for vegan and vegetarian cuisine in the city of Calgary.

 

PLANTED is a dinner series curated by WinSport executive chef Liana Robberecht to celebrate and push the limits of vegan and vegetarian cuisine. The opening event takes place at WinSport on March 28th, while the closing event is scheduled for April 25th at the Calgary Zoo. Some of Calgary’s top restaurants and chefs will add to the series by featuring a special PLANTED-themed menu during special dates around the city.

Special Four Course Meal

Chef Jenny’s inspiration for our ‘Planted’ menu derives from a “root to stem” philosophy she has followed for several years. By taking local, every day ingredients and elevating them to a fine dining level through classical methods, Chef has created a multifaceted menu. A menu that not only meets the plant based demand but touches on many different senses. Bon Appetite!
