Are you an embroidery beginner, or wanting to try it for the first time? Join us for Winter Wonderland, an embroidery workshop here at Lougheed House! Learn the basics of embroidery in a fun, supportive environment and enjoy stitching in the historic Conservatory at Lougheed House, where House residents of the past likely did their own handicrafts.
Choose from 3 unique designs! All supplies are included for this beginner workshop. Choose which embroidery design to make when purchasing a ticket.
About Lougheed House:
Located in Calgary’s greater downtown amid acres of heritage gardens and green space, Lougheed House was built in 1891 and is now an accredited museum, significant Calgary landmark, and vibrant community gathering space. It features temporary and permanent exhibits, hosts events, tours, and learning opportunities for visitors of all ages, as well as a gift shop and private event space.
