The Edmonton Museum of Arts (now the AGA) kicks off its debut exhibition in the ritzy Palm Room of the Hotel MacDonald. People flock ready to revel. It is THE must-attend bash of the year!
This Refinery is all about channeling the spirit of those roarin’ ’20s. We’re talking ‘bout the inaugural Edmonton Symphony Orchestra performance in ’20, the end of prohibition in ’24, and the first-ever talkies hitting the Capitol Theater in ’28.
