Whether you’re a casual, slow skater or you feel like trying your hand at speed skating, heading down to the Skating Oval is your best bet. This 400m oval is the perfect place to lace up your skates and get moving. Plus, public skating at the Skating Oval is free!
Explore the University of Saskatchewan
The sprawling campus that makes up the University of Saskatchewan is the perfect place to do a little exploring. If you’re a fan of architecture, looking at the various buildings that make up the University will be a pleasure. And you can always get inside one of the buildings if you start getting a little too chilly.

Explore Meewasin Trail

Toboggan at Pest Hill
Located in Archibald Park, Pest Hill is considered by locals one of the best hills for tobogganing in the city. You’ll find the park close to Circle Drive Bridge. Make sure to dress warmly before you head out with your toboggan!
