Celebrate fall truffle season at Sorrentino’s Century Park. Chef Alberto Alboreggia’s five-course menu features roasted chestnut soup with pancetta and truffle oil, Acquerello risotto with porcini and fresh black truffle, and a chestnut-and-truffle stuffed chicken supreme, finishing with truffle cheeses, truffle honey and chestnut compote. Guest sommelier Dwayne Bayda of Renaissance Wine Merchants pairs each course with wines including a Wolfberger Alsace Grand Cru Gewurztraminer, Mauro Molino Nebbiolo, Tenuta Le Colonne Bolgheri Rosso and Dievole Chianti Classico. Part of Sorrentino’s Seasonal Ingredients Wine Dinner Series.
