Today, Fort Edmonton Park serves as a vibrant living history museum, bringing Edmonton’s past to life for guests exploring its historic streets. But within the shadowy streets of 1885, whispers still remain of an ancient curse that once gripped the town many years ago…
Over time, the truth behind those terrifying events has become distorted through rumours, conflicting stories, and whispered lies. Now, as strange occurrences begin surfacing once again throughout the village, guests are called back to uncover what really happened and help stop the darkness from spreading once more.
Guided by lantern light, travellers will follow unfolding paths through the village, each revealing different pieces of the town’s haunted history. Along the way, guests will solve puzzles, uncover hidden relics, decipher occult writings, encounter unsettling characters, confront chilling foes, and piece together the truth hidden deep within the shadows of 1885.
One question still remains… was the curse ever truly defeated?

Free Parking
Parking is available in Lot J – please enter Fort Edmonton Park via the service road (your first right off of the main parking lot) and continue to the service gate to check in with the Guard House Attendant. After checking in, proceed forward down the service road and look for signs for Lot J. You will pass our brick Selkirk Hotel before you start seeing Lot J signs.
