Join us at the 17th Annual Boardwalk Ice On Whyte Event.
When you visit the event, you would find yourself surrounded by the best of winter. The International Ice Carving Competition is one of only three ice carving competitions in Canada. Be inspired and amazed as up to 10 teams of professional artists work to create jaw-dropping icy splendors.
Be amazed by blocks of ice that have been transformed into masterpieces of art. After viewing the ice sculptures, take a shot at creating your own small ice carving at the L’il & Big Chipper classes (for people of all ages)
In the evening, the grounds are lit with colourful accent lights.
Visit the Ice Bar Tent for a locally crafted beverage, stroll around the park or warm up by the fire pit.
