Between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. The In-Between is a one-day winter retreat at Rising Moon Studio in Sherwood Park, an immersive day of sound bowl healing, hands-on energy work, intentional ritual and connection, just days before the Capricorn New Moon. You arrive to a warm cup of cacao and find your spot in the circle, then Tawny opens with a short astrology read on what the sky is doing this month. Then you lie down for a 75-minute sound bath of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and gong, while Tawny moves through the room with hands-on energy healing and leaves a card beside you with a personal message. The afternoon is yours to move between the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge, and we close the day around the fire with a release ritual, writing down what we are ready to leave behind in 2026 and offering it to the flames. Included: cacao, tea and coffee all day, light snacks, a gift bag, and all mats, bolsters, blankets and pillows. Bring a swimsuit, a towel, warm layers and a water bottle. No prior knowledge needed. The room is kept small, 16 spaces.

$186 per person plus GST ($195.30 total). Tickets are sold on Eventbrite. Your ticket can be transferred to a friend at any time, and refunds are available up to 14 days before the retreat.
