Events Description
In 1846, Sophia MacNab wrote that Dundurn’s garden was “quite a little paradise in itself”. This guided tour of the restored Historic Kitchen Garden will give you a hands-on experience with some of the unique historic plants grown onsite. Enjoy informative stories about the extensive history of the landscape and the effort that goes into growing hundreds of varieties of heirloom fruits, vegetables, and flowers. The tour promises to be a pleasure for the mind and the senses.
