Events Description

Visit Doon Heritage Village and meet some baby goats! Chance to interact with and learn about goats and environmentally friendly grazing. Have you heard of “prescribed grazing” before? Well, we have a bunch of goats on site in our Doon Heritage Village’s Forest doing an amazing job of removing invasive buckthorn without the use of any chemicals! We have special baby goats on site that you can touch and interact with while you learn about prescribed grazing and how cute goats are!

PLEASE NOTE: You can arrive earlier than your timed ticketed slot to visit the museum first, or stay after to see the museum.
