Events Description
Kitchener council celebrates Oktoberfest downtown with council’s Grillefest. Councillors and city staff will serve you a traditional sausage on a bun, with all proceeds going to support the Food Bank of Waterloo Region.
Join us Friday, Oct. 10, from 11 am to 2 pm on King St. in front of Kitchener City Hall, which will be transformed into a bustling Bavarian village as part of the official Oktoberfest celebrations.

Councillors and volunteers to serve up a traditional sausage on a fresh bun. Cold drinks and cookies will accompany this meal, all for a minimum donation of $5.
All proceeds will go to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. We will be collecting dry and canned food donations at Grillefest.
