Cream of Mushroom Soup Or Garden or Caesar Salad

1. Thai Coconut Curry
Chicken Breast with braised veg served on bed of Basmati rice with pita bread
2. Half Rack of Smoked Ribs
Fall off the bone pork, sautéed veg served with mashed potatoes or Basmati rice
3. Maple Glazed Salmon
Baked Atlantic Salmon finished with Waterloo County maple glaze
Sautéed veg, mashed potato or Basmati rice
4. Vegetarian Teriyaki Stir Fry
Medley of mixed veg with tofu served on a bed on Basmati rice

Carrot Cake Or Dark Chocolate Cake

Tickets:
Price is $145 per person, which includes two musical performances, a 3 course meal, taxes and gratuities.
Not included are any beverages or tax and gratuities on those beverages.
