Events Description
Bundle up, Regina — FROST Regina is back and cooler than ever! This city-wide celebration of winter magic runs across three unforgettable weekends — February 6–8, 13–16, and 20–22, 2026 — transforming Regina into a playground of ice, lights, and laughter.
At Mosaic Stadium, families can chase Olympic-style thrills with on-field adventures, a giant slide, and an indoor lounge packed with local vendors and frosty treats. Over at Wascana Centre, enjoy dogsled and horse-drawn carriage rides, after enjoying a Sunday brunch at the Conexus Arts Centre. Downtown Regina buzzes with energy — skate Victoria Park, play crokicurl, climb snow hills, or catch Frozen the Musical before warming up at nearby restaurants. In the Warehouse District, adults can sip and savour their way through a craft brewery crawl with a complimentary bus to keep the chill off.
FROST Circuit
The FROST Circuit is back for its second year—bigger, bolder, and frostier than ever—running February 6-8, 13-16 and 20-22. Inspired by our popular summer Hops Circuit, this winter edition keeps the taps flowing and the good times rolling during FROST Festival. Grab your passport, visit each of the six participating breweries across the city, and collect a stamp at every stop. Make the full circuit and score an exclusive prize—last year’s coveted FROST Circuit koozie sold out fast; this year, we’re eyeing a limited-edition branded toque to keep you warm on your journey. Whether you’re a craft beer fan, a local explorer, or someone who just loves a challenge, the FROST Circuit is your passport to great brews, community vibes, and unforgettable winter experiences.
Globe x FROST
The Globe Theatre team is excited to join the City of Regina for the 2026 FROST festival. We will provide an indoor hub for folks needing to warm up from the cold. The Globe Theatre is producing Disney’s Frozen from January 28 – March 1 just in time to celebrate FROST and Regina’s winter.
To make the weekends even more sparkly, The Globe will have a Frozen themed balloon installation perfect for snapping a memorable picture; hot chocolate and cookies for sale in our main floor lobby; and hair stations set up to give you the perfect Elsa braids or snowy shimmer!
The Globe Theatre will be open February 7 & 8, 14 & 15, and the 21 & 22 from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.
Let the storm rage on and enjoy Disney’s Frozen as part of your FROST planning!
