The festival will showcase short and feature-length genre films directed by Canadian female filmmakers over the course of two nights. Screenings of both features and shorts will be followed by Q&A sessions with filmmakers.
The Bloody Mary Film Festival is a yearly film festival held in Toronto, Ontario. Named after the legendary mirror ghost from slumber parties past, the festival seeks to spotlight the works of female-identifying Canadian filmmakers in genre films, specifically horror, sci-fi, and fantasy.
