Welcome to the second Dreambody Bootcamp!!!
Are you ready for a vairety of workouts that tone and tighten your body in this high-energy lean muscle building class? You will combine cardio and resistance training focusing on the legs, booty, core and arms to keep your body in-check all year round.
Workouts are designed to build strength for our 5 primal movements (Squat, Push, Pull etc..). All you need to bring are a towel, water and bands if you have.
Some movements are explosive however regressions are offered to accommodate trainees of all levels.
Attendees may also bring cash if confimred with the host via text or website live chat.
