Was the worst experience ever. Kids fell asleep…..why have time slot when you end up in a maze that took over an hour for a light show where a lot of the lights were not even working. A complete rip off.

I was so excited to take my 2 year old to see Nights of Lights, went online tickets were sold out for December 23 so we decided to go and check if we can purchase tickets at the spot. Oh, boy, where do I start! Two adults and a toddler $51 we had to pay. WHAT? That’s not a price according to a website. WHY? If this is for a good cause, why would you rip people on the price? All I can say, this is SCAM.

They charges us $51 which is a huge amount of money just for $15 min drive through. I didn’t like it at all. There was no song at background…
Too much time wasting… I don’t recommend it at all….

Absolutely thrilled to see the best lights of the show…Dave and Busters sign was a close second to the Boston Piz sign. We rated this a very poor and way over priced kids show.

Why buy a time slot if we were going to drive through a maze for an hour before even getting to the ticket attendant. Try explaining to your kids that we are almost there for an hour…what’s with all the cars!!! Very disappointed!

After more than one hour waiting in the line they told me I had to pay $51. I called customer service requesting a full refund and an answers for my questions WHY there is no sign of admission fees at the inter or any where in premises ,and how they come up with that exact $51 breakdown without giving you a choice but inter. My concern here not about how much they charge but I felt like I was tripped here.Be careful of hidden fees.

Sure the light show was nice but definitely not worth the (first complaint) $31 we were charged, (second) it took exactly an hour to get in to where the attendant was standing, (third) they should’ve been standing at the entrance where we could’ve made an easier decision if we wanted to pay that much or drive away, I don’t mind a donation or a small amount but that was way too much being it didn’t even take half hour to go through, the lineup getting in was longer then the tour, (four) poorly planned out route as large pick ups cannot make the turns and had to go back-and-forth to maneuver, unsafe practice making people back up to make a turn, (five) The same music was repeated time after time, with the amount of beautiful Christmas music you would think they would be more creative.
I normally try to be positive but this was forced to pay being we were stuck in a lineup with no sign stating any price coming in, we never looked at the website being we just seen the lights and pulled in but irrelevantly with the amount of vehicles coming in I’m sure they made more than their money because this was just one night, Poorly planed, Well over priced !

Great event! Not to be confused with the show at Improve Canada! Same company as the Halloween event there but they have moved to Revel Park 80 Interchange way.

Big waste of money, 10 minute drive at most, people getting out of their car. A lot of exhibits weren’t up, some exhibits the lights didn’t work. People still fixing things while it was running.
