Events Description
It might be November, but it’s still spooky season for us!
Messiah of Evil (1973) is a surreal, slow-burn horror film about a young woman who travels to the eerie seaside town of Point Dume, California, searching for her missing artist father. She finds his abandoned home and a disturbing diary warning of strange changes overtaking the town. As she investigates, she encounters increasingly bizarre residents, ritualistic behavior, and a growing sense that something ancient and horrifying is approaching. The film blends occult horror, zombies, and dreamlike imagery into an unsettling story of isolation and creeping doom.
This is the perfect movie to help us creep into the darker months.
