This summer, Smorgasburg will return for the second year in Toronto. The market will grow to 50 weekly vendors every Saturday—up from 40 in 2022—and expand from eight to 12 dates (June 24 to September 9), to keep up with the demand of crowds that averaged nearly 15,000 per day last year.
After a successful first year that drew more than 10,000 people to each of its eight events, Smorgasburg
Toronto will build upon the opportunity for local food vendors to grow and launch their businesses, reach new customers, and join an inclusive platform and community of likeminded entrepreneurs.
To improve upon the market’s operation and customer experience, Smorgasburg has entered into a new partnership with Collective Concerts, Toronto’s largest independent concert promoter and local event
producer, to helm the market’s second season.
The market features a licensed bar and will be adding seating and shade options for customers this season.
