Events Description
Say goodbye to winter and hello to the new season at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario’s Spring Celebration—a free, fun-filled day out for the whole family.
Step inside (and outside!) one of Ontario’s most iconic landmarks and discover a full day of spring-themed activities, live entertainment, and unforgettable moments. Whether you’re 5 or 95, there’s something here to put a smile on your face.
Get in on the action
From a lively bubble zone and mini golf to a baseball pitching cage, an inflatable bouncy house, lawn games, and hands-on crafts, the fun never stops.
When you’re ready to sit back and soak it all in, enjoy performances by:
The Sidewalk Crusaders band
the singer-songwriter/showman Kip James
the hilarious balloon-twisting and juggling Simon Says Show
the breathtaking Japanese Yosakoi dancers of Sakuramai Toronto
Plus, keep your eyes peeled for a roaming blue butterfly stilt walker and a very special visit from Peter Rabbit—perfect for little ones.
Don’t miss the grounds
The tulips and cherry blossoms are expected to be in bloom, making for a stunning photo backdrop against the Legislative Building. While you’re here, take a self-guided tour to marvel at the art and architecture of Ontario’s Parliament and see where provincial laws are made in the historic legislative Chamber. If all that fun works up an appetite, grab snacks and refreshments at the Quorum Café.
All visitors entering the Legislative Building must go through airport-style security screening.
