Events Description

Treat Accessibly Halloween Villages are happening across Ontario this October!

Join Canada’s largest neighbourhood event series championing accessibility and inclusion for all children this Halloween.

Treat Accessibly is a grassroots movement that began in Toronto in 2017 when 6-year-old Siena Padulo asked how a child using a wheelchair could trick-or-treat at their home. What began as one family making their home accessible has grown into a nationwide movement, with more than 250,000 homes across Canada now participating in barrier-free Halloween.

Each of the above Villages features house-to-house trick-or-treating for children, with and without disabilities, accessible treat stations, DJ entertainment, magicians, and costumed performers.

Thanks to 2025 partners, Canadian Tire, REMAX, Kinder and Pet Valu as well as the amazing volunteer hosts of each Ontario event.
